HighHorse Carriage Rides, Inc. is a fully licensed and insured corporation. Our main office is located in Ormond Beach, Florida. This location enables us to serve all of central Florida efficiently.

HighHorse Carriage Rides, Inc. is owned and operated by Judith (Judy) Dixon and Patricia (Dixie) Mesick, who are sisters. We have been in the horse industry for over 30 years. Our experience in the horse industry ranges from owning a horse farm and producing World Champions to our present occupation of making dreams come true with our beautiful carriages and horses.

Windmill Farms Walker, aka 'Neiman' is a 6 year old grey registered American Draft Pony. He stands 14.1 hands and weighs approximately 1150 lbs. He hails from the state of Ohio where he was a member of a show hitch team. He is well broke to harness and has excellent manners, having been shown at fairs, competitions and horse shows. He is now working as a Carriage Horse and doing a great job.

Sweet Gray Bars, aka 'Mouse' is a mature grey registered American Quarter Horse from the state of Pennsylvania. She stands 15.1 hands and weighs approximately 1200 lbs. She is Amish broke to harness, with excellent manners and she is broke to ride as well. She does it all!

Neiman and Mouse will also work together as a team when called upon.

Both horses are shod every 6 weeks with the special shoes needed to work on city streets. Our horses never work without leg wraps to protect their legs from injury. The horses are seen by the Veterinarian and Equine Dentist on a regular basis. They are groomed every day, rain or shine and get their 'treats' at the end of the day. Our horses are not just work animals, they are also our friends.
